Marketing Specialist (Digital Focus)
Role Overview
We are seeking a Marketing Specialist with strong digital expertise to strengthen SCTbio’s brand presence and support business growth. This role combines strategic planning with hands-on execution across digital channels, ensuring measurable impact and alignment with company objectives.
Key Responsibilities
Digital Marketing & Website:
Develop and execute metrics-driven digital marketing plans aligned with SCTbio’s strategic goals
Manage SCTbio’s website content, performance, and conversion optimization.
Implement SEO best practices to improve organic reach
Manage Google Analytics, Google Ads, and tracking dashboard
Email & CRM Marketing:
Build and manage Mailchimp campaigns (segmentation, automation, analytics)
Coordinate CRM-driven workflows with BD to improve lead conversion
Content Creation & Thought Leadership:
Support development of whitepapers, case studies, infographics, and technical content
Manage editorial calendar aligned to quarterly marketing themes
Help to create and draft short-form posts for the CEO and CBO
Social Media & Executive Visibility:
Plan and execute SCTbio’s LinkedIn content strategy, ensuring growth and engagement
Manage Management LinkedIn content calendars (2 posts/week per executive)
Monitor engagement and amplify thought leadership campaigns.
Webinars & Virtual Events:
Lead quarterly SCTbio webinars—topic planning, speaker coordination, promotion, and follow-up
Manage partner webinars with SCTbio’s current and future collaborators
Create landing pages, registration flows, and post-event analytics.
Conferences & Speaking Opportunities
Support SCTbio’s presence at key CGT conferences
Coordinate speaker submissions, abstracts, and scheduling
Prepare marketing materials, slides, and event announcements
Partner Co-Marketing
Collaborate with partner organizations on joint campaigns, press releases, and digital activities
Ensure brand consistency across co-branded materials
Business Development Enablement
Develop content kits: pitch decks, one-pagers, program brochures, case studies
Create targeted campaigns for BD prospecting
Track attribution and support pipeline acceleration
Analytics & Performance
Own marketing KPIs and reporting (weekly, monthly, quarterly).
Provide actionable, data-driven insights to leadership.
Brand Governance
Ensure message consistency across all channels.
Maintain adherence to SCTbio’s messaging pillars and value propositions.
Qualifications & Skills
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field
3+ years in digital marketing (life sciences or B2B strongly preferred)
Strong writing and content creation skills
Experience with SEO, Google Analytics, Google Ads, Mailchimp, and CRM tools
Understanding of biotech/ATMP or willingness to learn deeply
Excellent communication (native or near-native English)
Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
Highly organized with strong attention to detail
