What is our goal?

• Our goal is to develop, optimize, and transfer robust manufacturing processes and analytical methods for cell and gene therapy products, supporting a wide range of client projects from development to GMP implementation.

What working in the Process Development team brings to you?

• A hands-on scientific role combining laboratory work, data interpretation, and technical problem-solving
• Experience across a diverse portfolio of cell and gene therapy projects within a multiproduct CDMO
• Close cooperation with clients and cross-functional teams, including Manufacturing, QC, QA, PD/AD, and Project Management
• The opportunity to develop your knowledge of GMP requirements, technology transfer, and technical documentation

Your Activities ?

• Act as technical owner of process and analytical development, optimization, and technology transfer projects
• Apply molecular biology, cell biology, and immunology knowledge in experimental design, data interpretation, and troubleshooting
• Support process and analytical method characterization, validation activities, and GMP readiness
• Cooperate on the transfer of processes into GMP manufacturing, including scale-up and implementation
• Work closely with Manufacturing, QC, QA, PD/AD, Project Management, and other stakeholders
• Support technical discussions with clients, data interpretation, and presentations
• Support process investigations and troubleshooting related to product quality and process performance
• Prepare and revise technical documentation, including SOPs, batch records, and development reports
• Contribute to audits, CAPA, deviations, change control, and documentation for regulatory submissions
• Support the technical evaluation of new opportunities and preparation of proposals

Qualification requirements

✅ A university degree or relevant practical experience in immunology, cell biology, molecular biology, biochemistry, or a related field

✅ Experience with process development, analytical development, or technology transfer is an advantage

✅ Previous experience in a GMP-regulated laboratory or manufacturing environment is beneficial but not essential

✅ A positive attitude towards documentation, strong attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively within clear rules and structured processes

✅ Good spoken and written English skills required for communication with international clients, participation in technical discussions, and preparation of technical documentation
