Etický kodex

Společnost SCT Cell Manufacturing s.r.o. (dále jen „Společnost“) má zaveden vnitřní oznamovací systém k předání podnětu o možném protiprávním jednání, který se jí bezprostředně týká, včetně jednání v rozporu s Etickým kodexem společnosti SCT Cell Manufacturing s.r.o., který je dostupný zde.

Oznámení se podává na úrovni Společnosti, a to některým z následujících způsobů:

  • etický e-mail Společnosti: [email protected];
  • osobní oznámení pracovníkovi zastávajícímu na úrovni Společnosti pozici Chief Operating Officer;
  • listinné oznámení doručené pracovníkovi zastávajícímu na úrovni Společnosti pozici Chief Operating Officer na adresu
    SCT Cell Manufacturing s.r.o., Jankovcova 1518/2, 170 00 Praha 7
  • telefonní etická linka Společnosti v českém jazyce: +420 224175099;
  • telefonní etická linka Společnosti v anglickém jazyce: +420 224175098.

Oznamovatelem může být kdokoli (tedy nejen zaměstnanec).

Informace ohledně možnosti podání oznámení, jež je oznámením ve smyslu právního předpisu upravujícího ochranu oznamovatelů, mimo vnitřní oznamovací systém jsou uvedeny v Etickém kodexu společnosti SCT Cell Manufacturing s.r.o.

Code of Ethics

SCT Cell Manufacturing s.r.o. (the "Company") has implemented an internal reporting system for reporting possible illegal conduct that directly concerns it, including conduct in violation of Code of Ethics of SCT Cell Manufacturing s.r.o., which is available here.

A notification is submitted at the Company level via one of the following means of communication:

  • Company Ethics E-mail: [email protected];
  • Notification filed in person to the Company´s Chief Operating Officer;
  • A written Notification delivered to the Company´s Chief Operating Officer at the address:
    SCT Cell Manufacturing s.r.o., Jankovcova 1518/2, 170 00 Prague 7;
  • Company Ethics Hotline in Czech: +420 224175099;
  • Company Ethics Hotline in English: +420 224175098.

The notification can be filed by anyone (not necessarily an employee).

Information on the possibility of submitting a notification, which is a notification within the meaning of the legal regulation governing the protection of whistleblowers, outside the internal reporting system is provided in the Code of Ethics of SCT Cell Manufacturing s.r.o.
