Project Manager
Position Purpose
The Project Manager is responsible for the successful execution of assigned client programs and internal strategic projects. The role serves as the primary point of coordination between clients and internal functional teams, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and in compliance with applicable quality and regulatory requirements.
In addition to project management responsibilities, the Project Manager supports the development of business proposals in collaboration with the Chief Project Officer and Business Development team, contributing operational, technical, and project delivery expertise to commercial opportunities.
Key Responsibilities
Project Management & Delivery
• Manage assigned client programs and strategic projects from initiation through completion.
• Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, milestones, and deliverables.
• Monitor project performance and proactively manage risks, issues, scope changes, and client expectations.
• Ensure timely execution of project activities and achievement of agreed project objectives.
• Provide regular project updates and status reports to clients and company leadership.
Client & Stakeholder Management
• Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned client programs.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and key stakeholders.
• Facilitate project meetings, track action items, and ensure effective communication between all parties.
• Escalate critical project risks, issues, or decisions to the CPO when required.
• Support resolution of project-related challenges to maintain client satisfaction.
Cross-Functional Coordination
• Coordinate activities across Manufacturing, QC, PD&AD, QA, Quality Compliance, Supply Chain, Finance, and Business Development.
• Facilitate cross-functional decision-making and ensure alignment on project priorities and deliverables.
• Identify and remove obstacles that may impact project timelines or performance.
• Ensure effective information flow between clients and internal departments.
Business Development Support & Compliance
• Support the preparation of external business proposals in collaboration with the CPO, Business Development and Finance teams.
• Contribute to proposal development by defining project scope, timelines, resource requirements, and operational considerations.
• Coordinate with functional departments and Finance to support costing, planning, and feasibility assessments.
• Participate in client meetings and presentations related to new business opportunities and proposal discussions.
• Support resource planning, forecasting, and operational alignment for assigned projects.
• Ensure projects are executed in compliance with GMP and applicable regulatory requirements.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of project management processes, tools, and best practices.
• Lead tech transfer and onboarding activities for assigned programs, coordinating transfer of the client process into the facility
• Identify out-of-scope work early and initiative change order with the CPO and finance so that scope creep is not absorbed into quoted price
• Track project budget versus actuals and flag variances that affect margin and timeline
• Plan for long-lead CGT materials to protect the manufacturing schedule

Qualifications and Experience
- Process development or technical background relevant to CGT with hands-on project delivery experience
- Familiarity with GMP manufacturing, QA and CGT regulatory pathways
- Strong client facing communication and cross-functional coordination skill set: PMP or equivalent a plus
- English proficiency required

Change orders raised for out-of-scope work, and client satisfaction on assigned programs
